Introduction & Practice Philosophy
Intuitive Counseling & Hypnotherapy Services is seeking a thoughtful, capable clinician who values meaningful clinical work—and does not need to be micromanaged to do it well.
We believe effective therapy begins with safety, attunement, curiosity, and trust. That same philosophy guides how we support our clinicians: we provide structure, collaboration, and professional support while respecting your clinical judgment and autonomy
The Right Fit
We Welcome Applications From:
Licensed Professional Counselors
Licensed Clinical Social Workers
Residents in Counseling
Current caseload expectations generally include:
• Part-time clinicians: approximately 10-17 clients per week

Are interested in trauma-informed, experiential, and brain-based approaches
Communicate reliably and complete documentation in a timely manner
Appreciate supervision and consultation without requiring constant oversight
Prefer depth, ethical practice, and genuine human connection over a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy
